SERVICE VEHICLE SOON Indicator

Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) illuminates SERVICE VEHICLE SOON indicator in message center when following occurs:

• If Body control module (BCM) detects certain malfunctions in lighting system or horn system, IPC receives a class 2 message from BCM requesting illumination.
• If PCM detects certain non-emissions related malfunctions, IPC receives a class 2 message from PCM requesting illumination.

SERVICE VEHICLE SOON indicator message may also appear when there is an electrical problem with trunk release sensor.
