LOW ENG OIL LEVEL Indicator

Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) receives a class 2 message from PCM requesting illumination and illuminates LOW ENG OIL LEVEL indicator in message center when PCM detects a low engine oil level condition (signal circuit is high). LOW ENG OIL LEVEL indicator illuminates for 60 seconds at start of each ignition cycle when condition is present. IPC sends a class 2 message to radio in order to activate an audible warning. Along with DOOR AJAR indicator illumination, 4 chimes will sound. When ignition is off, LOW ENG OIL LEVEL indicator message will be displayed again for 3 seconds.
