Installation Procedure

  1. Install the transmission range select lever (3) to the transmission manual shaft (1).
    2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the transmission range select lever nut (2) and tighten to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).

  3. Install the range select cable to the range select cable bracket (4). Ensure the cable retaining clip (3) is fully seated.
  4. Install the shift control cable (2) to the range select lever (1).
