Tie Rod (ZR2 Models): Installation

  1. Position the rear tie rod in the frame bracket. See Figure.
  2. Loosely install the bolt, the washers, and the nut to the axle bracket. See Figure.
  3. Position the rear tie rod in the axle bracket. See Figure.
  4. Loosely install the bolt, the washers, and the nut to the frame bracket. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  5. Remove the rear axle support.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
