Defroster Door: Installation

  1. Install the defrost door to the lower module. See Fig 2. Install the air temperature door. Install the mode actuator to the module. Install the mode actuator to the mode door. Install the actuator rod retaining clip.
  2. Connect the mode actuator vacuum harness. Install the air temperature actuator to the module. Connect the air temperature actuator electrical connector.
  3. Install the screws to the HVAC module halves. See Fig 1. Connect the actuator linkage to the door end. Install the HVAC module.
