Removal & Installation

  1. Remove the instrument panel carrier. See appropriate INSTRUMENT PANELS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the temperature actuator retaining screws. Remove the temperature actuator from the HVAC module. See Figure.
  2. Install the temperature actuator to the HVAC module. See Figure. Ensure that the actuator is seated on the locating tab. Install the temperature actuator retaining screws.
