Mode Door: Installation

  1. Install the mode door to the module. See Figure. Install the air temperature door to the module. Install the actuator rod to the defrost door.
  2. Install the actuator rod retaining clip. Install the defroster actuator to the module. Connect the defroster actuator vacuum harness. Install the temperature actuator to the module.
  3. Connect the temperature actuator electrical connector. Install the screws in order to seal the HVAC module halves. Connect the actuator linkage to the door ends. Install the HVAC module.
