Installation Procedure

Install the recirculation actuator (1) to the HVAC module assembly (2).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the screws to the recirculation actuator (1).
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
Install the evaporator core cover (1) to the HVAC module assembly (2).

Install the screws to the evaporator core cover (1).
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
Reprogram the recirculation actuator. Refer to Re-Calibrating Actuators .
