Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the IP insulator. Refer to Insulator Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Fig 1: Identifying Electrical Connectors

  3. Disconnect the electrical connector (8) from the air temperature actuator (9).
  4. Remove the air temperature actuator retaining screws.

  5. Remove the air temperature actuator.
