Test Description

The numbers below refer to the step numbers on the diagnostic table.
- 2: Checks to see if DTC resets.
- 3: Tests the steering wheel position sensor phase A and phase B circuits for an open or short to ground.
- 4: Checks for poor connections at the harness connector of the steering wheel position sensor connector.
- 5: Checks for poor connections at the harness connector of the EHPS module connector.
- 7: Checks to see if DTC resets.
