Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the seat trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Front Seat .
  2. Remove the seat cushion trim cover and pad. Refer to Seat Cushion Trim Cover and Pad Replacement .
  3. Remove the following components from the seat cushion frame:
    • The frame springs (1)
    • The frame suspension (2)
    • The plastic retainers (3)

  5. Remove the seat cushion frame from the vehicle.
