Seat - Manual Adjuster Does Not Unlock

Problem Action
The locking wire is too loose or is disconnected. Tighten the locking wire enough to allow the locking bar to disengage from the lock slots in the adjuster lower channel when the lock control lever is activated.
The adjuster locking bar is sticking or binding.
