Installation Procedure

Install the fuse power cable (2) to the fuse holder and high current sensor.
Install NEW tie straps (4) securing the fuse power cable to the ESB.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the fuse power cable nut (3) at the high current sensor.
Tighten: Tighten the nut to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Install the maxi-fuse. Refer to Energy Storage Box (ESB) Maxi-Fuse Replacement (5.3L Engine w/RPO HP2) .
