Removal Procedure

Remove the receptacle face plate. Refer to Energy Storage Box (ESB) 120V Receptacle Face Plate Replacement (5.3L Engine w/RPO HP2) .
Remove the receptacle outlet screws (2).
Remove the receptacle outlet (3) from the receptacle box (1).

Disconnect the receptacle electrical connections.
