Test Description

The numbers below refer to the step numbers on the diagnostic table.
- 2: Inspects the PPS pressure sensor connector.
- 5: Tests for a short to ground, a high resistance, or an open in the PPS sensor signal circuit.
- 6: Tests for a short to ground, a high resistance, or an open in the PPS sensor 5-volt reference circuit.
- 7: Tests for a short to ground, a high resistance, or an open in the PPS sensor low reference circuit.
- 8: Tests for a short to voltage in the PPS sensor signal circuit.
- 9: Tests the PPS sensor signal circuit input voltage range.
- 10: Tests for a short to voltage in the PPS sensor 5 volt reference circuit.
- 11: Tests for a short to voltage in the PPS sensor low reference circuit.
