Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the manual transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement in Manual Transmission - NV 3500, or Transmission Replacement in Manual Transmission - NV 4500.

  2. Remove the clutch actuator cylinder bolts.
  3. Remove the clutch actuator cylinder.

    If required, the clutch release bearing can be removed from the clutch actuator cylinder for replacement.
