Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Install the turbocharger vane position sensor to the turbocharger.

    Tighten:  Tighten the sensor to 28 N.m (21 lb ft).

  2. Install the turbocharger vane position sensor connector to the bracket.
  3. Connect the turbocharger vane position sensor electrical connector.
  4. Install the thermal reflective shield/tape, refer to the following procedure.
