Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the sending unit. Refer to Fuel Sender Assembly Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the fuel level sensor electrical connector (1).

  3. Remove the sensor retaining clip (3).
  4. Squeeze the locking tangs (2) and remove the fuel level sensor.
