Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Pickup)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Cab/Chassis - Front)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Cab/Chassis - Rear) .
  2. Disconnect the fuel lines from the sending unit. Refer to Quick Connect Fitting(s) Service (Plastic Collar) .
  3. Disconnect and remove the fuel lines from the clips (3) on the fuel tank.
