Installation Procedure

  1. Install and connect the fuel lines to the clips (3) on the fuel tank.
    2. Fig 1: Fuel Tank, Sending Unit & Retaining Clips

  2. Connect the fuel lines to the sending unit. Refer to Quick Connect Fitting(s) Service (Plastic Collar) .
  3. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Pickup)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Cab/Chassis - Front)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Cab/Chassis - Rear) .
