Installation Procedure

  1. Position the sensor (2) onto the bracket (1).
  2. Install the bracket (with sensor) over the stud.

  4. Position the coolant tube (1) over the stud.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  5. Install the boost sensor bracket nut (4).

    Tighten:  Tighten the nut to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  6. Connect the boost sensor electrical connector (2).

  8. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
