Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the mass air flow/intake air temperature (MAF/IAT) sensor electrical connector (1).

  3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
  4. Grasp the air filter assembly (1) and pull the assembly retaining pins (2) away from the grommets (3).
