Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Install the knock sensors.

    Tighten:  Tighten the sensor to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  3. Connect the knock sensor electrical connectors.
  4. Push down on the rubber covers.

  6. Install the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement in Engine Mechanical-4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L.
