Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EVAP CVS valve line to the CVS, if necessary.
  2. Install the CVS valve and line.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the EVAP CVS valve bracket bolt (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 12 N.m (106 lb in).

  4. Fig 1: EVAP Line At Clips On Fuel Tank

  5. Install the EVAP CVS line to the clips on the fuel tank.
  6. Connect the EVAP CVS electrical connector (1).
