Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the mass air flow/intake air temperature (MAF/IAT) sensor electrical connector (4).

  4. Loosen the air cleaner housing top screws.
  5. Remove the air cleaner housing cover.
  6. Remove the air filter element.
