Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear seat, if necessary. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear (Extended Cab w/4th Door) , Seat Replacement - Rear (Extended Cab) or Seat Replacement - Rear (60/40 Split) in Seats.
  2. Remove the rear window molding. Refer to Molding Replacement - Rear Window Lower  .
  3. Remove the armrest screw.

  4. Remove the armrest.

  5. Remove the sill trim plates. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement - Front  .
  6. Remove the quarter panel trim screws.

  7. Pull the panel out, and remove the seat belt assembly. Refer to Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - Rear (Extended Cab) or Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - Rear (Crew Cab) in Seat Belts.
  8. Remove the quarter panel from the vehicle.
