Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (With YE9 Early Production)  or Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (With YE9 Late Production) .
  2. Remove the inside door handle mounting bolts.
  3. Slide the inside door handle forward to release the unit from the door.

  5. Disconnect the control rod from the inside door handle.

  7. Remove the door handle assembly from the door.
