Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the liftgate window latch support. Refer to LATCH SUPPORT REPLACEMENT - LIFT GATE WINDOW .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connectors, as needed.
  3. Remove the clip that retains the liftgate lock cylinder to the liftgate.
  4. Remove the liftgate lock cylinder from the liftgate.
