Installation Procedure

Install the defroster actuator.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Install the defroster actuator screws.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).
Connect the electrical connector to the defroster actuator.
Install the I/P carrier. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) CARRIER REPLACEMENT in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
