Installation Procedure

Install the blower motor processor (3) to the HVAC module (2).

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Install the retaining screws to the blower motor processor (3).
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).
Install the HVAC module-auxiliary. Refer to HVAC MODULE REPLACEMENT - AUXILIARY in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
Connect the electrical connector to the blower motor processor (1).
Install the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT--REAR QUARTER--RIGHT (TRAILBLAZER, ENVOY, BRAVADA) or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER - RIGHT (TRAILBLAZER EXT, ENVOY XL) in Interior Trim.
