Removal Procedure

CAUTION: Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT CAUTION in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable in the power seat only.
  2. Remove the seat adjuster trim covers. Refer to SEAT ADJUSTER TRACK COVER REPLACEMENT - Front (Power)  or SEAT ADJUSTER TRACK COVER REPLACEMENT - Front (Manual) .
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors, if equipped.
  4. Remove the seat mounting nuts.
  5. Remove the seat mounting bolts.
  6. Guide the seat belts through the slots in the seat. Remove the seat from the vehicle.
