Removal Procedure

- Adjust the seat to the full upward front and rear position.
- Remove the seat from the vehicle. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT - Bucket .
- Remove the power seat switch from the seat. Refer to SEAT SWITCH REPLACEMENT - Power .
- Remove the seat belt buckle from the seat.
- Separate the J-strips from the seat bottom frame.
- Pull the seat cover and pad up to expose the seat bottom frame.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors as necessary.
- Remove the bolts securing the seat back assembly to the seat adjuster assembly.
- Remove the seat back assembly.
- Remove the 4 nuts securing the seat bottom frame to the seat adjuster assembly.
- Remove the seat adjuster assembly.
