Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 GMC Sonoma, 2003 GMC Jimmy, 2003 Chevrolet S10 Pickup, and 2003 Chevrolet Blazer. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Connect the electrical connector.
  2. Install the radio side rear door speaker.
  3. Install the speaker retaining rivets using J 34940. 
  4. Install the door trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT -- SIDE REAR DOOR (UTILITY) or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT -- SIDE REAR DOOR (EXTENDED CAB P/U ONLY) in Doors.
  5. Inspect for proper circuit operation.
