Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear body side trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT -- BODY SIDE (STANDARD CAB PICKUP) or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT -- BODY SIDE (EXTENDED CAB PICKUP) or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT -- BODY SIDE (2-DOOR UTILITY) or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT -- BODY SIDE (4-DOOR UTILITY) or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT -- BODY SIDE (CREW CAB) in Interior Trim.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  3. Remove the radio rear speaker nuts.
  4. Remove the rear speaker from the rear body side trim panel.
