Removal Procedure

CAUTION: Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT CAUTION in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable.
  2. Remove the instrument panel accessory trim plate. Refer to TRIM PLATE REPLACEMENT -- INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) ACCESSORY in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  3. Remove the radio mounting screws.
  4. Remove the radio.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector and the antenna lead.
