Removal Procedure

CAUTION: Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT CAUTION in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECT/CONNECT PROCEDURE in Engine Electrical
  2. Use a flat bladed tool in order to remove the door jamb switch from the rear door hinge-pillar.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.

    Tape the wires to the body in order to prevent them from dropping into the rear door hinge-pillar.
