Installation Procedure

  1. Install the lamp to the socket.
  2. Install the courtesy lamp socket.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the courtesy lamp socket screw.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the socket retaining screw to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).

  4. Install the insulator panel. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT -- RIGHT or CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT -- LEFT in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
