Installation Procedure

  1. Position the slave cylinder to the transmission input shaft.

    Ensure that the bleed screw and the coupling are positioned toward the transmission ports.

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Secure the concentric slave cylinder to the clutch housing with 2 bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

  3. Install the transmission. Refer to TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT in Manual Transmission - NV1500 or TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT in Manual Transmission - NV3500.
