Installation Procedure

- Install the stabilizer shaft insulators to the stabilizer shaft. Face the slit in the stabilizer shaft insulator forward.
- Install the stabilizer shaft to the frame and to the lower control arm.
- Install the stabilizer shaft brackets over the stabilizer shaft insulators.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
- Install the stabilizer shaft bracket mounting bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the stabilizer shaft bracket mounting bolts to 65 N.m (48 lb ft).
- Install the stabilizer shaft links. Refer to STABILIZER SHAFT LINK REPLACEMENT (RWD) or STABILIZER SHAFT LINK REPLACEMENT (4WD) .
- Install the steering linkage shield. Refer to STEERING LINKAGE SHIELD REPLACEMENT in Steering Linkage.
- Lower the vehicle.
