Installation Procedure

Install the radiator outlet hose to the water pump.
Install the radiator outlet hose clamp to the water pump.

Instal the radiator outlet hose to the radiator.
Install the radiator outlet hose clamp to the radiator.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .

Inspect the cooling system for leaks.
