Installation Procedure

Using the J 38185 install the radiator inlet hose clamp to the coolant outlet.

Using the J 38185 reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp to the radiator.
Install the radiator inlet hose to the radiator support.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
Install the air cleaner outlet resonator.

Inspect the cooling system for leaks.
