Removal Procedure

Remove the rear bumper fascia. Refer to FASCIA REPLACEMENT - REAR BUMPER (AZTEK) or FASCIA REPLACEMENT - REAR BUMPER (RENDEZVOUS) .
Using J 38778, remove the push-in retainers from the rear bumper energy absorber.

Remove the rear bumper energy absorber from the rear bumper impact bar.
