Installation Procedure

  1. Install the liftgate strikers to the liftgate.

  2. Install the bolts to the liftgate strikers.

    Tighten the liftgate striker bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in)

  3. Install the lower liftgate trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - LIFT GATE (AZTEK)  or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - LIFT GATE (RENDEZVOUS)  .
  4. Close the liftgate.
