Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Aztek and 2003 Buick Rendezvous. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Remove the rear bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT - REAR BUCKET  .
  2. Remove the seat back from the rear seat. Refer to SEAT BACK REPLACEMENT - REAR (SPLIT BENCH)  or SEAT BACK REPLACEMENT - REAR (BUCKET)  .
  3. Remove the rear seat adjuster. Refer to SEAT ADJUSTER REPLACEMENT - REAR (SPLIT BENCH)  .

    Important:  Remove the cushion cover and the cushion as one piece.

  4. Remove the cushion cover and the rear seat cushion. Refer to SEAT CUSHION COVER REPLACEMENT - REAR (BUCKET)  or SEAT CUSHION COVER REPLACEMENT - REAR (SPLIT BENCH)  .
  5. Remove the rear seat cushion from the rear seat frame. Refer to SEAT CUSHION REPLACEMENT - REAR (BUCKET)  or SEAT CUSHION REPLACEMENT - REAR (SPLIT BENCH)  .
