Oil Pump (4T65-E): Installation

Install the oil pump to the valve body. See Figure . Install the oil pump bolts (205, 206, 207). See Figure . Use a torque wrench to tighten the pump to valve body bolts. Do not exceed the torque specifications. Tighten oil pump bolts as follows:

M6 X 1.0 X 20 (205) - 70 INCH lbs. (8 N.m).
M6 X 1.0 X 85 (207) - 106 INCH lbs. (12 N.m).
M6 X 1.0 X 95 (206) - 106 INCH lbs. (12 N.m).

Install the case side cover. See CASE SIDE COVER (4T65-E) .
