Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Aztek and 2003 Buick Rendezvous. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the oil pump (200) to the valve body (300).

  2. Install the oil pump bolts (205-207).

    Tighten 

    • Tighten the M6 x 1.0 x 20 bolt to 8 N.m (70 lb in).
    • Tighten the M6 x 1.0 x 85 bolt to 12 N.m (106 lb in).
    • Tighten the M6 x 1.0 x 95 bolt to 12 N.m (106 lb in).
  3. Install the case side cover. Refer to CASE SIDE COVER REPLACEMENT  .
