Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the right engine mount strut from the right engine mount strut bracket. Refer to ENGINE MOUNT STRUT REPLACEMENT - RIGHT  .

  2. Remove the engine oil cooler line bracket bolt, if equipped. Refer to OIL COOLER INLET LINE REPLACEMENT  .
  3. Raise and support the vehicle.
  4. Remove the lower radiator baffle. Refer to RADIATOR AIR BAFFLE ASSEMBLIES AND DEFLECTORS .
  5. Remove the lower engine mount strut bracket bolt from the right engine mount strut bracket.

  6. Remove the air conditioning compressor mounting bolts. Refer to COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT .
  7. Remove and set the air conditioning compressor aside.

  8. Lower the vehicle.
  9. Remove the vertical engine mount strut bracket bolt from the right engine mount strut bracket.
  10. Remove the right engine mount strut bracket.
