Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the heater outlet duct. Refer to AIR OUTLET REPLACEMENT - FLOOR  .
  2. Remove the mode actuator. Refer to MODE ACTUATOR REPLACEMENT or MODE ACTUATOR REPLACEMENT .
  3. Remove the mode door actuator mounting bracket screws.
  4. Remove the mode door actuator mounting bracket.

  5. Disconnect and remove the floor air door lever from the floor air door.

  6. Remove the floor air door from the HVAC module.
