Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the right instrument panel (I/P) insulator. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT -- RIGHT .
  2. Remove the left I/P insulator. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT -- LEFT .
  3. Remove the I/P compartment. Refer to COMPARTMENT REPLACEMENT -- INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) .

  4. Remove the center floor air outlet. Refer to AIR OUTLET REPLACEMENT - CENTER FLOOR  .
  5. Remove the screws retaining the heater outlet duct.
  6. Remove the heater outlet duct.
