Pressure Switch Manifold: Installation

  1. Place the new pressure switch manifold assembly (2) in position and install one bolt (1) in a recessed location to hold it into position.
  2. Start the remaining 4 bolts (1) in recessed locations and tighten the bolts by hand. Tighten the bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  3. Connect the internal wiring harness connector to the pressure switch assembly. Install the reverse signal tube (1). Install 2 bolts (2). Tighten the bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  4. Install the oil pan and suction filter. See INTERNAL FILTER REPLACEMENT  under LUBRICATION.
